Modern Folk Üçlüsü The group was founded by Doğan Canku, Ahmet Kurtaran and Selami Karaibrahimgil  in the end of 1969. The manager of the group was Hıncal Uluç at the time. They represented Turkey with Ali Kocatepe in Seul Music Competition in 1978. They also participated the Eurovision in 1981 with the song “Dönme Dolap.” The group had deeply affected Turkish pop with their Anatolian pop style from the very first day it was founded. They made many records and gave many concerts, and it was important for them to be on stage besides the records. Ada Music released one concert record album “Bizim Tepe Konseri” consisting the group’s admired and unforgettable songs under the heading of the History of Turkish Pop in 2001.    ...
