Buzuki Orhan Osman
Originally from Komotoni, bouzouki (his Orhan Osman was born in Germany and his music journey has begun at the age of thirteen when he was in Greece. He first took to the stage in taverns of Greece  and accompanied the renowned Greek musicians with his bouzouki. He also took part in various projects in the USA and Bulgaria. He settled in Istanbul in 1996 going ahead with his concerts abroad. In 2000 he participated a project called “Klezmer & Greco Turkish Music / Crossroad İstanbul – New York” in Germany as an instructor. And on his return to Turkey he decided to actualize his first stage project called “Balkan Express” followed by other ones such as Devr-i Alem and Bosphorus Kumpania. With his successful projects which are marked with a world music style enriched with many instruments from various cultures, choreographies and visual effects he has carried the  richness of rebetiko culture to the stage. He also prepared music programmes for the TV. His first album “Devr-i Alem” was released with the label of Ada Music. His second album “Gökkuşağı” (The Rainbow) was released in 2004. He carries on his successful music career with new collective and solo albums, festivals and concerts.
